Easement Site - Ourimbah, NSW

Possibly seen as the worst site in the area - this site has two 3m wide easements running both diagonally and from front to back of the site creating only a sliver of buildable area. The final design achieved two 4 bedroom dwellings with extensive landscaped areas, a fantastic result given the site constraints.
